Jerrold Model 406-A-FM Antenna Preamplifier This amplifier was intended for indoor installation: it requires 115-volt power and it is not protected environmentally.   A similar product, the Model DSA-62 "De-Snower" Antenna Preamplifier, incorporates the same circuitry in an environmental housing for outdoor installation. This particular 406-A was designed to amplify the FM band.   Jerrold also manufactured similar products for other channels.
