FCC Rules and Regulations 47 CFR §68 (1997) Connection of Terminal Equipment to the Telephone Network The 1997 edition of the FCC Rules was the last set of rules containing actual USOC connection diagrams (subsequent editions cite the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments, an independent industry organization created to "establish and maintain a registration database of equipment approved as compliant with the technical criteria").   Note that this set of rules is obsolete and should be used only as a reference for USOC data.   Current editions of Part 68 may be found at the following sites:     •  National Archives and Records Administration     •  hallikainen.com
