Bray, and R.W.White, published in 1964.   When this report was originally published, Goonhilly [located in Cornwall County, England] was the site of several experimental satellite earth stations operated by the British General Post Office (GPO).

Goonhilly is now known as the Goonhilly Satellite Earth Station.   It claims to be "the largest earth station in the world in area of land and in number of antennas."   Website.
